The successful candidate will be responsible for managing F&I applications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact qualifying leads provided by the Sales Team
• Send emails to clients with clear application instructions
• Ensure all relevant application forms and supporting documents are issued
• Review returned applications for completeness and accuracy
• Follow up with clients where applications are incomplete or documentation is outstanding
• Maintain and update application statuses on the F&I reporting system
• Track and record all declined applications, including:
  • Financial institution

• Ensure all administrative processes are handled in line with internal procedures and compliance requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience in an F&I Admin or Motor Dealership administrative role
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-up ability
• Computer literate (MS Office and dealer management systems)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously and meet deadlines
