Key Responsibilities

Create 2D technical drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks.
Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and instructions.

F&I ADMIN ASSISTANT

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised F&I Admin Assistant to support the Finance & Insurance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing F&I applications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact qualifying leads provided by the Sales Team
Send emails to clients with clear application instructions
Ensure all relevant application forms and supporting documents are issued
Review returned applications for completeness and accuracy
Follow up with clients where applications are incomplete or documentation is outstanding
Maintain and update application statuses on the F&I reporting system
Track and record all declined applications, including:
- Financial institution
- Timing of decline
- Reason for decline
- Flagging applications for possible resubmission
Track, issue, and manage invoices to service providers
Ensure all administrative processes are handled in line with internal procedures and compliance requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Previous experience in an F&I Admin or Motor Dealership administrative role
Strong administrative and organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously and meet deadlines

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Aftersales and Repairs Manager to join our team in Pretoria East. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Motor Industry.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain a professional image and relationship with customers.
Clients: Diagnose problems, prepare estimates for repairs and check if still in warranty.
Liaising with customers in case of warranty/motor plan issues.
Providing quotations for motor plan contracts where applicable.
Offering customers a pre-assessment visit to confirm challenging problems.
